Villa Mediterranea is a stone villa in Umag, completely renovated in 2022.
It consists of a groundfloor where there is a living room, a dining area with a dining table for 8 people, a toilet and one bedroom with a private bathroom and exit to the terrace.
The living room leads to a beautiful terrace where there is a table for 8 people for outdoor dining.

Also, the garden features outdoor furniture for enjoying morning coffee, afternoon aperitif or pleasant evenings with a glass of your favorite drink.

On the first floor of the house there are two more bedrooms, each with a private bathroom.
The villa offers total luxury, a pleasant sense of privacy and maximum comfort.
The garden is covered with a beautiful thick layer of natural grass so you can enjoy and walk on it or lie down for a complete feeling of relaxation. The lawn is connected to an automatic irrigation system that turns on at night.

The private pool is located right in front of the terrace, so that in addition to day time swimming, guests can also enjoy wonderful evenings on the terrace with the illuminated pool. Pool heating is available on request (except in summer days), therefor Villa Mediterranea is a perfect choice for both pre and post season stays, and even the winter period if it is a mild winter. In addition to the swimming pool, there are also 8 deck chairs and a special deck chair for two with a gazebo. Of course, next to the pool the reis also an outdoor shower with heated water for maximum luxury and enjoyment.

For gourmets, there is a charcoal grill in the garden, so guests can give a go at preparing different fish and meat specialties. In case of bad weather, the kitchen is equipped with all the necessary equipment such as stove, oven, refrigerator with freezer, dishwasher, coffee machine, toaster, microwave oven, kettle, kitchen mixer and multi-purpose mixer.
The kitchen and living room are connected by the kitchen island, so the space is suitable for gatherings.

There are two parking spaces in the backyard of the house. They are discompletely fenced, and as such it is safe and suitable for children and pets.
Wi-Fi is available through out the villa and on the terrace, and Netflix can been joyed in the living room.
Children's equipment is available on request, and the villa has a cot and mattress, a changing table with a bathtub, a baby gym mat, a high chair, a sterilizer for bottles and suitable toys.
Pets are welcome, a maximum of two at a time, but they must be weel behaved and weight a maximum of 15 kg. Additional cleaning is charged for each pet.
